SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders received till 9:00 am will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 9.00am or on non-working days will be dispatched on the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days depending on the location of delivery. Delivery will be done only at the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

How are the delivery charges calculated?

Free shipping is available on products bought via electronic mode of payment. Shipping cost of Rs. 100 will be charged on all COD orders. The entire order amount including delivery charges (if any) will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.

CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

  • To avail our COD Service, all items in the cart must be applicable for COD.
  • COD is applicable on a maximum sale value of Rs.10,000 only.
  • Pincode provided on COD orders must be in the serviceable area. If not, then the electronic mode of payment must be used.
  • Payment must be made at the time of delivery, before opening the package.
  • No credit/debit cards are accepted in COD orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email and/or SMS which will include a unique tracking number that you can use to track your parcel.

Do I have to pay any other taxes and/or fees?

All taxes and other fees/charges are included in the price of the order.

What if the product received is in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, please email us mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that the issue is satisfactorily resolved. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Order cancellation or change in order can be done till the order has not been dispatched. Please email us mentioning your Order ID.

What to do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

If you think, you have received a faulty/incorrect item, please email us mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that the issue is satisfactorily resolved. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel an order without any explanation, where the requirement could not be met due to unforeseen circumstances. The company will ensure that any communication and refunds related to the order will be made in reasonable time.

REFUND

How will I receive my refund?

Refund’s will be processed and credited in your account within 15-20 working days from the date of courier being received in our warehouse.

Note:- Any Shipping/COD charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.

In case of refund, if the total order value, after return comes out to be below Rs.2000, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund value.

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Following products shall not be eligible for return:

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Products sold during sale cannot be returned unless it is a defective product.
  • Any item that has been worn or washed.
  • We may ask you to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.
